About me
A business consultant, trainer, and mentor with over 12 years of experience in managing both production and service companies. I completed my undergraduate and master’s studies in International Relations at the University of Dresden in Germany. My managerial career began in the energy sector, where I led organizational transformation teams.
After that, I managed an export-oriented manufacturing company, improving operations across infrastructure, organizational design, technology, and sales. My career path then led me to the role of GM of an HR consulting company, following earlier roles in sales and operations leadership.

I have led teams of up to 15 people and companies of up to 120 employees, with annual revenues ranging from €400,000 to €50 million. I conduct business engagements in Serbian, German, and English. I am a co-owner of the Mokrogorska School of Management and an active consultant on various projects. I am also a certified mediator with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Serbia.
